Phase TWO comprises storefronts facing Lyche Road on the lower floor & THE MAIN FLOOR, and 4 up-scale residential/vacation rental units above. The units will be comfortable and luxurious, with spectacular views of the small craft harbour, the inlet, and the mountains.
Phase Two includes residential/vacation rentals on the upper floor, offices and personal service businesses on Peninsula Road, and storefront retail space at ground level on Lychee Road. These would be ideal for a coffee shop, an art gallery, small shop, or charter and tour operator.
Between the two buildings a pedestrian plaza connects Peninsula Road to the waterfront. The design of the Moorage reflects Ucluelet’s heritage as a West Coast fishing village. Round posts supporting decks and walkways echo the pilings in the harbour, and the red-oxide colour of the shingle-clad exterior is traditional along the BC coast.
