The Judy Gray name is synonymous with integrity, perseverance, and professionalism. Licensed as a REALTOR® in 1992, Judy then earned her Canadian Real Estate Specialist Certification (CRES), studied to achieve her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). She has ranked in the Top 10 Small Teams for RE/MAX in Canada, Top 30 Small Teams Worldwide, achieved the Diamond Club Award for consecutive years, received the Hall of Fame Award in 2002, Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005, and was presented with the Circle of Legends Award in 2020. Judy co-owns and co-manages three RE/MAX offices in Port Alberni, Tofino, and Ucluelet. She is the go-to expert in project management, marketing luxury homes, and commercial investment in Ucluelet as well as Tofino and Salmon Beach. Community-driven and action-oriented, Judy sits on the boards of the Ucluelet Aquarium Society, Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, and works tirelessly to raise funds for Children's Miracle Network and the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. 

After three decades on the Coast, Judy has an inherent knowledge of the developmental history of the area, By-Laws and Official Community Plans, and – most importantly – she knows the people. From a kid making change atop an orange crate, to the paramount REALTOR® on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, Judy Gray has come a long way, but she is right where she belongs.

Marcie is a licensed REALTOR® with The Gray Team, having returned to the west coast in 2017 following 12 years in Victoria, BC. Born in Port Alberni and raised in Ucluelet, she proudly considers Ucluelet her hometown.

During her time in Victoria, Marcie had a successful career at Elections BC as a Senior Compliance Specialist, focusing on financial report reviews, customer service, as well as staff and client training. Balancing her full-time role, Marcie also dedicated evenings and weekends to serving as the lead staff member in the executive lounge at Marriott hotels, where she conducted training for new team members.

She is a graduate of Camosun College in Victoria, holding Certificates in Business Administration and Tourism & Travel. Joining The Gray Team in 2017, Marcie became a licensed Real Estate Agent the following year.

Community service has always been a priority for Marcie. In Victoria, she volunteered for organizations like the Canadian Cancer Clinic, SPCA, and Saanich Parks. Upon returning to Ucluelet, she continued her commitment by becoming a Volunteer Firefighter with Ucluelet Fire Rescue.

Since joining the team, Marcie has actively participated in conferences, establishing connections nationwide. She is enthusiastic about elevating the team to new heights through innovative millennial-driven approaches, leveraging online tools and social media, enhancing client connectivity, and maximizing client care.
